Apps and Packages

Simrel R-package:

simrel R-package is a versatile tool for simulation of linear model data. Using the package users can simulate univariate, bivariate with specific correlation and multivariate (multiple response) linear model data. The simulation approach is based on relevant space of a linear model similar to Partial least squares (PLS) and Envelope models.

AppSimulatr:
A shiny application for versatile simulation from linear model in R based on R-package simrel. App uses simple interface to specify various parameters for simulation, visualize the properties and download the simulated data.

Towards SDG

A web application for collecting data from researchers and educators on their contribution to SDG goals, targets and their interactions. The app was build using mongodb for database, graphql for API and React for front end. A prototype of the app can be accessed from following link.
